We offer samples to our new Customers for "Quality Evaluation". However, customer need to pay Samples Cost & Courier Charges in advance. When he will place first order we will deduct the Sample Charges from the Total Invoice Value. Of regular clients they can ask for any item as free of cost sample prior to proceed with orders.
Please be noted, we dont supply contract products to any other client. Contract products are the one of which original samples may have been provided to us by our client for replication and requested that these products should only be supplied to them and not to any other party, company or individual. Please don’t waste yours and ours time while requesting a product that we are in contract with our existing client. We can also provide you the same service if you are looking a regular supply for a particular product in your market place.
Price list Request
We quote prices both based on C/F (includes cost and freight) & FOB (freight on buyer), While requesting a pricelist please make sure to state product catalogue of which pricelist you need because we are doing series of products. We need your full company name, shipping address, telephone, fax and mobile number, e-mail and website to forward you pricelist. If these details are not provided, we are sorry you won’t be provided pricelist of any of our product. Upon submission of contact details, our relevant section may contact for confirmation please.
We accept Wire Transfer, Swift Transfer i.e. Bank Transfer & Western Union Transfer. we do not accept any direct debit at the moment due to “State Bank of Pakistan” Policies. A full deposit is required on orders less than 2,500 US$, however in case of good sized order we do accommodate our customers.
We use your confidential information’s to provide goods and/or services that you request, to communicate with you, and to personalize our information sent to you. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We ask for your shipping information, telephone, fax and mobile number, and e-mail address to enable us to contact you in relation to an enquiry you have made, to contact you about relevant products or services, to contact you if there is a problem with your order, to refund or there is another genuine reason for doing so. We keep such details secure and ensure our confidential policy at each step, none of our client’s personal information is forward to any other company or individual.
All standard items in-stock are shipped immediately upon confirmation of payment, however custom-made orders do take time as per volume and size of order.
We take guarantee of all products and will replace any items which are in some way defective in craftsmanship or materials or will give discounts for your future orders to compensate for the last one.
